Order Processing & Delivery Details
Order Processing Times:
For orders containing products in stock, please allow up to 3 business days for your purchase to be processed, packed and ready for courier pick up.
For orders requiring custom made pieces and containing items from the Staple Collection, please note the processing time can be unique for every order but I endeavor to have orders completed within 7 to 10 business days. This reflects the time it takes to handcraft each piece once the order is received, the time it takes to let pieces cure and then to be sealed, packaged up and ready for pick up.
Once your order has been confirmed, packed, and picked up by the courier, you should generally receive your order within 4 business days. This time may vary depending on the destination. Orders going to the South Island of New Zealand may take additional business days to arrive.
Orders for Ohakune & Near-by Customers:
Do you live locally or close to Ohakune? Are you visiting Ohakune for a couple of days?
I am happy to organize pick ups when schedules allow. I work a second job 4 days a week and I will contact you to arrange a pick up day and time.
At checkout, please select "Ohakune Pick Up, JMC will contact you to organize date & time". Order processing times will still apply to your order.
Delivery Details
Jordana Marie Crafts is currently only delivering to addresses within New Zealand.
Delivery Cost:
The cost for shipping will be confirmed at checkout. Shipping costs are based on:
- The weight & size of your order
- The address for delivery of your order.
- Rural delivery is available.There is an additional charge for delivery to Rural Addresses. Please select the shipping option containing Rural delivery in the title. Failure to select this option for a Rural Address can delay the processing time of your order.
- A note about shipping charges, I am a small business owner and take pride in ensuring my parcels arrive safely to customers. I do everything I can to ensure items stay securely in place when packaged into my custom cardboard boxes and enjoy handwriting notes to each individual customer. Every purchase is greatly appreciated and I hope it reflects in the craftsmanship I put into each handcrafted decorative piece and parcel I package up. Thank you!
Courier Tracking:
All orders will have courier tracking information provided. The tracking code will become active once your order has been picked up and scanned by the courier.
Delivery Delays:
Please be mindful that courier delivery delays can occur, especially during peak busy periods throughout the year due to holidays/long weekends and during unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered at purchase, this will help reduce the possibility of delivery delay. If any parcel(s) are returned to Jordana Marie Crafts due to the wrong address, there will be an additional courier fee charge to send the parcel(s) again. The additional courier fee will be the customer's responsibility to pay.
Jordana Marie Crafts takes no responsibility with courier delays, as this is out of Jordana Marie Crafts control once your parcel has been handed over to the courier. If you experience delivery delay, please contact the courier provider to seek out more information.
Lost Parcels:
If unfortunately you believe your parcel has gone missing during delivery, please contact the courier provider to make a report and request help. Once you have made contact with the courier provider and if you need additional assistance then please email Jordana Marie Crafts.
Delivery Damage:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact JMC immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Jordana Marie Crafts takes extreme care and caution when packaging items, paying close attention to detail. All parcels are packaged using cardboard boxes, including specially custom made heavy duty cardboard boxes for the medium and large Arch Trays, and a mix of thick brown packing paper and bubble wrap.
If you receive any damaged item(s) inside the parcel(s), please contact Jordana Marie Crafts immediately - within 10 days of receiving the parcel(s).
Please take photos of the parcel(s) and item(s) it contained showing the condition it arrived at and the damage. Do not throw out any packaging or damaged items away as it will be needed for investigation.
The post company that is used for delivery requires notification of the damaged parcel/items within 10 days, failure to notify Jordana Marie Crafts within 10 days will affect the ability of proceeding with a damage claim with the courier company.
