Order Processing Details
All items within the Staple Collection are made to order - they are specially made for your order!

Once I receive your order I will get busy creating the pieces. Timeframe on completion can vary slightly between each order but I endeavor to have your order ready to be picked up by the courier or yourself within 7 to 10 business days.

Why the timeframe estimate? Working with concrete and the curing process has multiple factors that determine when a piece is done. Smaller items will set in the molds and cure faster than larger items, the time of the year (weather!) can have a big play in effecting the cure time too! I hold myself to a high standard with the finish product and do not like to rush the process as this often is reflected in the results.

Throughout the process of creating and finishing your order I will do my best to keep you updated with the progress, and my estimated completion time. I thank you for your understanding in advance regarding my custom made, made to order items!

Shipping & Pick Up Details

Once your order has been completed, I will neatly package up the items and have them ready for courier pick up or contact you to arrange a local pick up time.

If you order is being delivered by courier, then you will receive an email notification with the courier tracking information.
