Date: October 10 & 11, 2025

Time: Both evening sessions are from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

Location: Ruapehu REAP office at 53 Seddon Street, Raetihi.

• The name used in the order/payment details will be placed on the participant list.
• The email used at checkout will be the email used for workshop communication.
• If you're registering on behalf of someone else or registering for more than one person, please put a note with participant names in the checkout note section.
• Each participant will make 1x large item, 1x medium item and 1x small item which are chosen from the options listed below.
• If you are registering for more than one person, please select the necessary quantity for each mold sizes, for example if you are registering for two people then please select 2x large molds, 2x medium molds and 2x small molds.
• Once you have completed the following 3 steps and added your mold choices your shopping cart, please complete the checkout and payment process through my website to finalize your registration.
• Please choose "Workshop Registration" as shipping method if required.
• If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please use Cash On Delivery (COD) method and I will email my bank details through.
• You will receive a confirmation email after your registration is confirmed, this may take up to two business days. You will receive additional workshop details through emails leading up to the workshop dates.

• While I do have a large collection of silicone molds, there is a limited number of molds available for some mold options. The earlier you register, the best pick of molds are available!
• If a mold option shows "out of stock" it is because the quantity available for the workshop has been allocated to other workshop participants.
• If you change your mind on a choice of mold you have selected after registering and would like to change to another mold then please email me. Adjustments may be accepted if there is availability in other molds.
• Please note, the silicone molds are being provided for use during the workshop only and will remain property of Jordana Marie Crafts. I will share information on the businesses I purchase molds from, including how I make my own by molds at home with 3D Printing.
• Participants will take home the concrete decor items they create and a sealing kit. Workshop participants will also be given a unique discount code they can use to purchase molds from Nicole Boowan - an international leading silicone mold making company.

• Workshop registration and fee payment must be completed in advance.
• Cancellations made within 2 days or less before the workshop starts
  or on the workshop day are refundable minus 15%. I appreciate your
  understanding as behind the scenes there is a lot going on to organize
  and prepare for the workshop. The final two days before a workshop
  starts are important as I organize everyone's individual workshop kits
  and sealing kits. 

Wait List Details: Workshop spots are limited to ensure I can provide a great experience for all participants attending.

• If spots fill up for the workshop I will put up a notification and begin a wait list.
• Please contact me to be added to the wait list.
• If multiple people are added to a wait list then I will look at creating an
  additional workshop and open up registration to people on the wait list
  first.
